Feeling trapped. Slowly suffocating in this weird job/school/career slump. I hate the feeling I get everyday I go to work. I’m meaner now, too. No filter, losing any compassion I once had. I feel like I’m lying every single day. All smiles. :) :) :)

I did it.
Ok… so I haven’t done it yet, but it is happening tomorrow. Everything has been decided. I am taking a leave of absence from grad school. And I’m kinda the happiest I’ve been since starting this program eight months ago. Peace out suckas! …for now.

I have this plaque thing that a family friend gave me that says “love what you do.” It sits on my desk. I just asked myself if I love what I do. I answered rather quickly, heck no.
